Where do you get your products from?
Our products come from a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers known for their quality and reliability.
How long does it take to process an order?
Production and fulfillment time depends on the order and the location of the carrier. Average from 5-7 business days with normal conditions. Express order requires minimum 2 business days. Usually we will ship the product sooner than expected.
Can I print a sample product first?
We support MOQ from 1 product using dtg printing technology, production time depends on the order situation. Waiting time is 5-7 days. In case you need to make an sample for large order, we will charge a fee of 800,000 VND/product. You can receive this payment after signing the contract.
Can I print on my shirts?
Absolutely, however your product needs to be checked by our technician first. We only charge the printing fee. Note: for the products from you we will not be responsible for any risks during production and transportation.
Do you have delivery service?
Unfortunately we do not have an in-house delivery department. However, we use popular shipping services in Vietnam such as: GHTK, GHN, Ahamove, GRAB, Ninjavan Customizable depending on location and cost.
How do I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer, Momo e-wallet, or Cash on delivery. In case you have a request a VAT invoice, please notify us in advance.
